Box Office can set up GO Tickets on a Desktop or a Laptop. Mouse or Touchscreen, you choose! Customers can purchase Tickets Online or within the GO Tickets App or your own Custom App! Easy To Use for both Box Office Staff and Customers.

Seating layout is colour coded based on type of tickets sold. See your HOLDS at a glance, sell Tickets to subscribers, individuals or groups. View a wide variety of Financial or Customer Event based Reports. You can even track Customers on Google Map!

GO Tickets Technical

Windows 7 or greater  , 4GB Ram minimum, Single or Dual Monitor (even Laptops), Touchscreen optional, SQL 2014 database (Pro Version ) and SQLite Database (Lite Version) can reside remotely or local. Internet necessary for Online and Mobile App Sales. Ticket Printer, reciept printer and POS terminal compatible. Your custom barcodes can be scanned with a standard barcode reader.

SUPPORT PROGRAM

We use Remote Desktop Support. First Year Support is included when you purchase GO Tickets Pro, GO Tickets Sub has 3 months FREE support, this includes FREE Chat Support on the day of your Events. After the first year you have a choice of a package support starting at $30 per month or per incident. Emergency support is always available, your success is our success!

GO Shop

For those who have Merchandise for sale we offer GO Shop,a Point of Sale Software Program that works on your Desktop, Online and Mobile App. Inventory and Customer Management. Reports, split tender, dual monitor option, creates and prints barcode labels, compatible with all POS Devices, option to sell Merch through Box Office. Easy to Use for volunteers and staff.

PRO Package Includes:

GO Tickets Software, 1 or more Seat Layouts (before inital installment only) and ability to sell tickets through GO Tickets (ticket selling only) Mobile App. SQL Server is hosted in-house.
A custom Android and iOS Mobile App - venue or team info, custom news, purchase tickets and/or merch, sports teams include game day and league results.
GO Shop - Desktop, in Mobile App Point of Sale Software. Can be standalone in your venue and you can sell Merch through GO Tickets at the Box Office. Easy to change Merch information in store and in App.
GOTscan - Scanning software that scans barcodes on Tickets and has increased Fraud Security Features.

LITE Package (subscription based) Includes:

GO Tickets Software, 1 or more Seat Layouts (before inital installment only) and ability to sell tickets through GO Tickets (ticket selling only) Mobile App.
SQL Server is hosted in-house and requires daily validation through the internet. In the event of internet loss, you can still sell tickets.
Pay for 10 months of the year and 2 consecutive months of NO payments! while still having all the functionality!!

Our Team has been developing software for 26+ years, specializing in inventory and event management. We are a Microsoft shop with a large component of Android and iOS development. In addition to the experience that we have in-office, we listen to our customers and have built a Ticketing Software second to none based on thier needs and wants.
